SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING

Depending on the size of your order, we may ‘pack down’ your order to 2 pairs per shoe box or into a delivery carton. Unfortunately we cannot post out empty shoe boxes.

We’re pretty speedy getting your holster goodies out to you. Orders received before 12 noon will be shipped that same day. Orders received after 12 noon will be shipped the following business day.

Depending on your delivery address and shipping selection, we then select a carrier to suit. The evening after your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification with the tracking number.

Once we’ve dispatched your order you will receive them anywhere from 1 – 5 days from then! (We know you can’t wait).

Orders over AED 500 are shipped for free UAE wide. Orders AED 499 and under attract a AED 25 freight fee.

Our preferred courier partner will contact you to make the necessary convenient arrangements. Delivery is at your own risk with your order being delivered to your nominated address. For this reason holster strongly recommends you nominate an address and time that you personally can receive and sign for the order.

We understand you’re super excited to receive your holster order, but please allow 24 hours from placing your order before trying to track it (we send a dispatch advice with a tracking link on the evening of the day we dispatch your order) and 5 days before querying your order status with customer service.

Holster accepts no responsibility for goods once dispatched.

International orders will be delivered via various courier companies including TNT, DHL and preferred local courier companies. A tracking number will be emailed to you upon dispatch.

Depending on the efficiency of local courier companies in your particular country, delivery will be within 3-7 business days from the time we receive your order. We require a signature on delivery so suggest all packages are sent to a company address to ensure a faster delivery to you. Furthermore, most company addresses fall within the delivery zones of courier companies. As you can appreciate, some areas cost alot more to deliver to and hence will attract a higher cost.

RETURNS

We want you to love what you’ve ordered! If something isn’t right, let us know. Email us your questions here, grab us on Whatsapp or call us on +971 588 67 66 55.

In the event that your item/s are unsuitable, please return to us within 7 days of receiving. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition – not worn, scuffed or marked and must include the boxes or original packaging. Your return should be packaged in suitable padded materials for posting. We can complete an exchange or refund for you (see below conditions of return) once we have received the goods.

- Full priced items can be refunded and you are welcome to order a replacement pair via our website.
- Sale items can be exchanged for a different size in the same style and colour. If your requested size is not available, you may exchange for goods of the same or higher value. You are responsible for return postage. Please include a prepaid return post pack with your returned goods otherwise a $25 postage & handling fee will apply.

When returning goods to Head Office MENA, postage must be paid by the customer. Please include the postage receipt if you believe your shoes are faulty. If they are found to be faulty, we will refund you the postage cost.

WARRANTY

Holster warrants to the original purchaser that the product will be free from defects in materials and/or workmanship for a period of three (3) months.

The warranty period commences on the date of purchase from the authorised retailer. The original purchase receipt showing the date of purchase of the product from the retailer is required to process a claim.

This proof of purchase is mandatory for any warranty issues.

Warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear or the natural breakdown of colours and materials over extended time and use.
